Lets use the concept of the forces of triangle to explain how we can help companies to use the mental power of all the employees to make the company stronger.

The three points of the triangle represent forces that are in constant relationship with each other in a state of dynamic balance. When meditating on the individual concepts of the points, our psychic attention is drawn towards their essence.
Memories: forms the first basis for our foundation. We must allow ourselves to learn from the past, both by recognizing past mistakes, and by drawing motivation from our sucessful achievements. When we remeber, we rebuild .
Pride: is the singular shining of the Now-Present that burns from our hearts in fiery passion and love of life.
When the points of Memories and Present are in balance, out flows the third and final point of the triangle:
Action. Action is only in balance if it is rooted in the wisdom of the past, fuelled by the passion of our pride in the present, and guided by our vision to the future. Only through balanced and sustainable action can we hope to achieve change.
It's not easy to explain where the power of triangle comes from, but I can understand that if a human been taques memories, make corrections, and connect them to actual experiences, and then take action, the results are powerfull. Why? Experiences from the past were both, success and failures. Put your thoughts on the successes, and connect them to your plans on the present to enhance motivation. Put your thoughts on the past failures, and bring them to the present, not to make the same mistakes but feel the pride of wisdowm. Now put your deep thoughts into Action and enjoy the results.

I have not knowledge about these fenomenons nor have interest on studying them, but I do believe that there should had been special forces that made possible the building of the pyramids of Ancient Ejypte, which happens to have one triangle per side.

Three people agree to unite mentaly, each day to invoke the power of light and goodwill in service to humanity. They form a triangle called the universal symbol of divinity. Each member of a triangle can form other triangles, and in this way a network of enlightened thought and goodwill encompasses the earth.
The main purpose are: 1) Provide a channel for the circulation of constructive thought 2) is a means of transforming the spiritual climate of the planet 3) Is a medium for the distribution of spiritual energies, lifting and transforming human life and consciousness.
